The Opportunity?

The underlying message here amidst all this herpes talk is that there is an undeniable opportunity. And that opportunity is to see yourself underneath all the stories that you might tell yourself about what having herpes means. What are you having the “herpes story” mean for you?

Is it a dead end? A damn good reason for people not to love you? Or is it simply showing you that the stories you’ve been telling yourself are bullshit?

The truth is, you are beautiful as you are. No one needs to tell you that for you to recognize it’s true.
