Do you still share food and drink with others since most people have oral herpes?

I'm curious if im the only one that goes super out of their way to not share cups, utensils and food with others? Only once has my sister noticed ive done that and she looked at me wierd because I didn't do that before finding out i have herpes a month ago. How do you go about these things? Do you look at it as minor and share with family or friends or whoever because they most likely have it too? Am i too worried about something thatvis super common. Sometimes my daughter wants to share a drink and I dont because im scared. Should I not do that? Would you do it? My whole life is kind of questions now.
