could it be whitlow?

i had a burning sensation on my hand 3 days ago. Soap and water would irritate it and cause pain. This morning when looked at my hand and found 2 "wounds" next to each other. I dont remember having blisters on my hand. Plus, it was after doing my "morning business" that i realize that the wounds were there. im not afraid that i could have spread it to my anal area because of the wiping.

*the wounds look like scabs. but when touched, its raw red/bluish skin.

Can someone advice?
