Tanning & baths

Hi! So I got my first outbreak in 2015 type 1 genital herpes. Since then I've had maybe 5 outbreaks. My first one was the worst it was everywhere, even spread up my back side, and since then that is the only place I've ever had an outbreak. My last 3 outbreaks were after taking a bath (2 of them) and 1 from tanning. I read that baths are actually soothing to outbreaks so just wanted to know if there were any specialty baths to take to prevent the chance of an outbreak after wards or am I out of luck? Also, I read on here that outbreaks from tannin were common with type 1, my question in regards to that is if I cover the area that usually outbreaks will my chances of an outbreak lessen? Help!! Thanks!!

I've heard adding epsom salt to your bath helps...also look into tea tree oil!
