The herpes itch after an ob?

Hello all,

I am just getting over a primary anal outbreak (omg worst 2 weeks of my life!!!) a horrible itch started down there about two days ago and is becoming unbearable! I keep looking down there with a mirror and have some left over bumps that are slowly going down (mine didn't really scab at all, they just slowly started disappearing.. not sure if that's normal) but I don't see any new sores or anything. Is this itch normal for AFTER an outbreak, or does it mean I'm going to have another one already?

Also, any tips on how to get rid of the itch? It's slowly driving me insane!!

It's your nerves . I'm just getting over an ob in that area (perineum) the blisters are almost gone and I still get the terrible itching sensation . It's like an itch u can't reach or scratch , sucks . I use essential oils on mine and bactine . I've kinda been alternating
