Disclosing Before We Meet

Very unusual situation....

I prefer to disclose face to face, early on. However, I have met someone that lives in another state. We seem well matched in all the important areas and it's just "easy". We're in our late 40's, 50's and both been single for several years.

We want to meet in person and he is flying in town soon for the weekend. While he has a hotel, and we're planning lots of social/get to know each other activities, I'm sure the physical question will come up. This is not a hook up. We both are looking for a partner and willing to take a chance.

Do I disclose before he's in town and we've met, giving him time to consider whether he wants to proceed? I don't want him to think I withheld any info or took a decision away from him.
