I've been following this guy for a while. He's been an inspiration to me.

Check out his TEDx talk that he gave in a prison. So fitting for a lot of what I see with my herpes coaching clients so much of the time. It's all the same.

Before H I was trying to like myself more, so that I could eventually love myself.

H has very quickly helped me realise just how horrible I was to myself before and that needs to change now.

I never knew how strong I was until now and I have H to thank for that.

I refuse to let friends pity me - support yes, pity no.

I adore this man.
