Just found out couple hours ago hsv2. Do I tell my ex?

Been waiting over a week for the results. I get tested every year regardless for my own peace of mind. Just so happens that this year it was also because my ex and I broke up in January. So I waited until my normal time for being tested, March. I was stressing and not eating much and usual while waiting for the results.....but this time, as of two hours ago. Mitt results came back positive for antibodies of the hsv-2. I am crushed, devastated and distraught. My other thought was.....I was clean before her, should I tell her? If so, how do I bring it up? She has bad bad anxiety problems and despite my best efforts to end things with her amicably, she still commenced to calling me every name in the book and some rather mean things on top of that. What do I do?
